Return and Replacement Policy
At Makeen Marketplace, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, you can return or request a replacement under the following conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 Items are eligible for return or replacement if:
- They are in their original condition and packaging.
- They have not been used or damaged.
- The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
1.2 Certain items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
- Customized or personalized products.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please login to your Makeen account and select the order that you want to return showing:
- Order number.
- Reason for return.
- Photos or videos of the item, if damaged.
2.2 Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item, including the shipping address. Return shipping costs will be covered in cases of:
- Defective or incorrect items.
- Damaged items during shipping.
For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Replacements
3.1 Replacement Eligibility: You can request a replacement if your item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
3.2 If a replacement is approved, we will send a new item at no extra cost. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
4. Refunds
4.1 Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4.2 Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that show signs of use or are returned after the 14-day period).
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

- Food, flowers, and perishable items.

- Gift cards and downloadable software products.
